whatever bro, the day I video myself for a dude on this forum is the day I stop loving pussy, i DL 565 at 220. yes I have done a few cycles but I also have the sense to know the right answer is Just Wait

No, he doesn’t. I think the guys calling them “shit lifts” are a little off, though, because they’re not bad numbers. In fact, he’s quite a bit stronger than the average dude in the gym.
What makes them shit lifts is the ludicrous amount of time he trained to get those lifts. They’re decent lifts… For somebody who’s been training seriously for a year (and even then, the bench is a little low). NOT 4-5 years.

You weren’t bashing the kid’s lifting stats, so I wasn’t calling on you to produce a video. I also didn’t say the kid should jump on now. I personally think even 21 is a bit too young.
Telling him to wait for AAS is one argument, but using his better-than-decent SQ and DL #'s as the reason he should wait takes away from the argument. Strengthen your position by using legitimate reasons, such as; You’re still young and dumb. You’ve made good gains so far, keep going 'til they stop. Explore all other avenues (i.e. switch up your training, periodization, increase calories, whatever) before going to AAS.
By the way, in terms of relative strength, he is as strong as you are (minus bench I’m assuming). And probably as strong/stronger than most on here. At 21, pre-AAS.
Yes, he’s been training for 5 years, but he’s 21. I’m no Endocrinologist, but my limited knowledge of physiology would lead me to believe that gains made from training at 16/17 years old can’t be compared to the gains you would make training at say, 20/21 years old. So has he really been training for 5 years?
This is comical! You guys ran the poor kid off, he has’nt replied once. Figures that Walkway would have had the first post, Rebel Rouser, lol!
it ALWAYS depends on teh first post !! xD
405x6 at 160, age 19yo, always natural during 2 years of training. you don’t need roids at that level, you need to learn how to program
