Hi, I’m J. (Jay) and have mostly lurked the forums for a long time. Proposing my first cycle and looking for constructive feed back. I have read about AAS for years and watched cycles, theories and studies change/evolve. I am looking at front loading Test E but not sure if that is a smart/proper choice for a first cycle.
Age 35 (36 in a few months)
Lifting to maintain and increase strength (while staying somewhat symmetrical physically but not so much bodybuilding).
No previous cycles
Not sure how much my strength will increase on a 6 week cycle of Test alone.
Have not maxed my lifts naturally yet but will peak in about 2 months… currently
Squat 295x5
Bench 235x5
Deadlift 315x5
Everytime I get up just past these lifts I stagnate and have for years. I want to blast past these plateuas. I know some of it is mental but I just hit a wall after I reach certain points and then injuries tend to set in.
Week 1 Frontload Sun. 500 mg Test e Mon. 250 mg Test E Wed 250 mg Test Fri 250 mg Test E
Weeks 2-6 MWF 250 mg Test E
Sticking with Test E mainly due to Test “being the best base for a cycle”
Tomaxifen for PCT but not sure on exactly when to start PCT as some of the routines I read a conflicting. For a 6 week cycle of Test E do I run that 1 week after I finish cycle? And then run it for 3 weeks.
