These pics are low quality except for the back one. I’ll try to get some more up in a little.

Solid as a motherfucker dude. Shit. Lean, built, strong. Congrats man, you used those 4 years well. I hope I can pull something off when I hit the 4 year mark (in 2 more years).
How heavy do you see yourself getting? I bet you’d look like a fuckin boss at 230 at the same bf. You should post here more often.
No real obvious weaknesses. Maybe hammer those triceps a bit harder?
Thank you, I haven’t ever really thought of getting up to 230 pounds. That would be massive hah. I guess my goal isn’t really to gain weight but rather to get stronger without losing relative strength…I have been upping the calories currently, and am trying to gain maybe 5 pounds, but I think it will be a few years before I hit a lean 225-230…thanks for the motivation tho : )

yeah you would look pretty killer coming into a shower around 230[/quote]
thats just wrong… are gay jokes the new cool thing?
as for physique, solid build man, i gave you an 8

lurk more, newfag
We know you are really Brock Lesnar
Very good physique mate, you’re looking very good, one thing I must add is that if you widen your shoulders a bit more you will have a good V shape which you are kind of lacking. That’s what impresses people having wide shoulders and a thin waist, you kind of look like a rectangle.
Other than that, you have almost reached perfection. If you are in to sports like foodball, you don’t want to gain too much size anyway so you are looking good. Adding too much size will make you become slower and will decrease mobility and the amount you can jump.

Haha I never thought I’d be compared to Brock, he’s an animal.
I agree that my shoulders are one of my weaker bodyparts, I have never paid as much attention to them as other parts. However, my new split dedicates an entire day to them…we’ll see how they respond!
Thanks for the comments!
It’s been 6 months and still no report on your tricep kickback numbers. Dissapointing. You look pretty awesome though. Great job! Ah to be young again and know what I know now about training (and women).

Haha, gotta love those tricep kickbacks…there is no better exercise for packing on slabs of muscle. Thanks for the compliments man.
Jesus man that is getting pretty much to my ideal physique. Like you I love deadlifting and pull ups but a few (250 pounds) where your’s is at? Give me 2 years… right where’s that chicken?

Haha, ya, I’m a big fan of deadlifting and pull-ups. I love back training in general. My best to date deadlift is 505 x 7 (prob could have cranked out 8) but I haven’t maxed in a while. I can do 12-15 pull-ups with 50 lb on my waist and have done 5 with 80 pounds.
Hah that’s sick I pulled 345 last week for a single. Longgggg way to go. Do you use straps or just let your grip build up. And do you do romanian deadlifts often?
Wanted to give an update. Bodyweight is around 220ish, want to push out a few more pounds, maybe 230, but we’ll see. Here is a pic of the upper body, I’ll try and get one of the back and wheels.

Check your posing because your right lat looks waaaay bigger than your left and if that’s a muscular thing you need to start addressing it NOW.
Otherwise looking thick - do you still play football?

Haha, I am not still playing football, 3 knee surgeries and repeated pain will do that. I am getting into strength sports, but trying to get all my lifts up to a great level.

Allright, here’s an official update, pics of all the essentials. My bodyweight is hovering between 218-222 depending on how much I eat. I want to get it to a steady 225.
