Your welcome man, if u have any other questions, I’d be happy to answer.

I agree good job… looks like you got a strong back and not so wide that stick out so far. My back sticks out on the sides by alot from my lats, But nice leg work man.

Haha, ya I love the chalk. I actually think it makes deadlifting and pulling exercises EASIER than straps for some reason…maybe I’m just weird, but it works for me. I’ll definitely keep my participating in any competitions updated and I hopefully will get involved in one this upcoming year. Hopefully powerlifting in either the 198 or 220 class.
Yeah man I agree. I used straps for a while, but when doing max effort deadlifts I feel the mixed grip chalked hands helps slot me better. But there are still a few things I used straps for, like db/bb rows.

Ya same, I still use them sometimes for rows and high rep pulling, but mostly chalk…it also makes u feel like kinda a badass haha.

Ya, chalk is a necessary if possible at your gym/home.

Thanks for the comments guys!
To jchenky, I do work with my shirt off. I am a lifeguard/swim instructor for a day camp so my shirt is off pretty much 6-7 hours a day.

To therizza, I had a defect where my knee was permemnantly dislocated and it did dislocate 25+ times throughout high school playing football. Long story short, they had to reposition the knee cap and break my tibia. I have no cartalige and am just now returning to doing serious leg training (within the past 6 months).
WOW! So I’m curious how will you go about training your legs now and years ahead? Maybe higher reps?

Great build at your age! Refreshing to see some pics. on here of back shots & legs along with someone that looks like he actually goes to the gym! I will rate you an 8. Keep up the great work man!

Thank you. Actually I am able to train my legs any way I choose. I currently train them twice a week, one day a max effort, the other a dynamic/endurance type day. The surgery wasn’t fun, neither was the recovery, but I am able to do what I was before still (just not football in the same way).

nice to see a young man that not only looks strong but is strong only 19 my god another 5 consistent years of heavy lifting and there is going to be some bars bent ha ha wish i was 19 again

Hey man your back is impressive. Do you attribute your lower lat development to a lot of deadlifting or do you think it is more genetic?

Hey awesome physique, im hoping to be some where around there with my lifts when i’m 19. I’m thinking of doing a WS4SB but i don’t think my gym has all the equipment for something like a dynamic leg day so until i can figure out how i can do a WS4SB i’ll have to stick with other programs.

Thanks man. I’m not sure what I attribute my back development to. I do deadlift a lot and also all of my pulling has always been pretty strong naturally. I think that my back and its development is just from doing a ton of pulling when I started training and not just focusing on the “beach muscle” lifts.

Real good RMP. Pissed I didn’t start in my teens! You’ve done good man. Imagine in another 4 years !

Haha, thank you. All I can do is just keep lifting and we’ll see what happens.

Freaking a nice backk.

In a completely homosexual way I want to see if I can put my hands at the bottom of your lat and use it as a platform to lift you up. I think it would work.

Lol in all seriousness though, impressive broski, good potential right thur.

Hahahah, I just started laughing out loud. That is probably one of the best things I have every heard no homo.

Thanks for the compliments bro.

I wanted to post one more series of pics because I am thinking of getting into bodybuilding and potentially doing a competition. Currently my bodyweight is between 215-220 and I think I wanted to get some feedback on now as this being my “peak” weight before my first competition.
