18M 9 month side chest progress

I’ll look into that, I haven’t thought of resistance bands before thanks for the advice man.

That’s probably what I’m going to do I’ll probably run it until I hit around 15% bf or so then I’ll try and lean out a bit before going into the bulk again.

I’m around 150lbs atm and according to a dexa scan around 6% bf (not sure how accurate that is) and yeah I’ll probably just take it as it comes and just slow gain 5lbs at a time for as long as I can before my bf% gets too high

You can always add in a mini-cut every month or two of bulking.
Hard deficit for a week, maybe two.

  • Capitalize on the increased nutrient partitioning when you go back to the bulk.
  • Loses some bodyfat so you lengthen the “runway” of your bulk.

It’s just a tool I’ve wanted to play with and have always been too fat to use myself. Been trying to convince someone to do it and report back with results :joy:

I’ll make sure to give it a try lol, I’ve never had issues with going on brief cuts so in theory it should work well
