Hi, i’m a guy from spain who recently got to know this website. Here’s a litle summary of myself: I started bodybuilding at age 16, stopped after a year for 2 years and now im seriously into it again. I eat when i’m hungry and always try to eat clean. I train 2 to 3 times per week and dont take any supplements. I recently finishes a strengh routine and am doing now an optimized volume training for my pecs and triceps, as well as legs mostly.

Well, here are some pics: all coments will be welcome, thanks for reading

Thats a picture of me @ age 18, 19 and now.
How can you claim to be natural when it is obvious you are on creatine?
Dude get a life… Natural is a relative term.

Dont let these internet cowboys get to you most of them have physiques comparable to yours or worse. You know what you need to hit. You have decent back, arms and chest. You v-taper is off. More shoulders and quads and way more over all size. Remember it is easy to be small, ripped, and weak, or big, fat, and strong. However, only a select few ever become big, strong, and ripped.

Thank you for the non-destructive post, i thought shoulders were one of my strenghts, along with my back… while my chest is pretty under-developed. I’m focusing on just gaining size right now, i’ll have time to specialize later on i guess!

And natural this time means natural, i havent even tried a protein shake in my life!

Beginner’s gains of a guy who was always lean. Get over 200 and post here, or continue this blog in Training logs.

I weight about 202 right now, and keep a training log on a spanish forum… im not going to translate everything into english too…anyways if you ask for it i’d do it!
thank you!

there’s a training log section here.

It’s KG converted to LB. 98 lb = 40kg.

This is a picture from a month ago. Right now im training in a completely different way than i did, i focus on basics. Train 5 days a week all basics in different ranges of reps: 1x1, 3x3, 5x5, 8x3/2/1 (WS), and throw in some hypertrophy at the end of every workout, like DB OHP and so.

Some numbers…
Back Squat: 2x286
Deadlift: 1x352
Bench Press: 1x230
Clean & Press: 1x176
Pendlay Row: 3x240

BW: 200

And my legs keep on growing and growing, you made me change my way of doing stuff so i cant really say how grateful i am for the negative comments, thank you!!
