Difference between the two legs? Well the right ones got a tiny bird on it

i weight about 202,8 lb, and:

  • front squat: 210 @ 5 reps
  • bench press: 90 dumbells @ 6 reps
  • barbell row: 242 @ 6 reps
  • deadlift: 331 @ 1 rep

cheers!

You mean he literally looks like someone dug up the skeleton of Eugene Sandow and posted pictures?[/quote]

hardest I have laughed in months

thanks RationalGaze

btw we haven’t seen enough pics of your legs to fairly judge them. we need at least 4 more.

and post another back one while your at it. k thanks.

Please don’t. You are implying that in two months you will have something worthy to show. Try 3 or 4 YEARS of consistent, hard work; eating 6 to 8 meals per day, working out 6 days per week with 2 leg days per week. Two months? Not.

Improvement on the legs is noticeable. Congrats for that. They are still lagging far behind the development of your upper body. Chest and lats seem to be lagging. Great shoulders by the way - whats your shoulder training look like?

Ok ill be the one to say BS. I do not believe those are your numbers even as low as they are. Post some videos you can barbell row “242X6” but can only DL 331X1? those numbers dont match for lifts that work towards eachother. I’d also like to see a vid of that front squat, cause on those stork legs i see it being closer to 135 LOLZ. Eat more, train hard, dont inflate your #'s son.

I’m glad you’re having some laughs, in the meanwhile i’ve kept on working hard!! I am aware that i wont be at your level any time soon, but i’m still excited that after a couple of months i can squat with almost double the weight on the bar (which is still small… but yeah, for me its fantastic).

@Achilles of war:
My last numbers are: Front Squat->230x4, DL->350x3, DB BP->90lbx6 all with good form. But, those rows i mentioned with 242lb are using an inclined bench, lying on it so my lower back wouldnt suffer (bad form at regular rows)… i’ve been trying Pendlay rows now for some weeks and i’m at 200x6, and like them better. Take into account that ive been deadlifting and squatting just since mid-december, while i’ve trained for almost 2 years now. And all thanks to you guys!!

I will put up some videos sometime, when i find a suitable day when the gym isnt full of people…

@Deorum:
TY for the kind words, something pretty uncommon on here as it seems (although that worked fine for me)… I’ve trained my shoulders doing supersets of:
4x[Dumbell OH Press (6) + Dumbbell Lateral/Frontal Raise (12)]
and
3x[Military press (5) + Barbell Upright Rows (6)]
on my chest/shoulder day. I did an isolation exercise for the rear delts on my back day, too, 4x8 or so.

Everything is laggin a bit, im on it!
ciao.

I gave you a 1 for insisting to post more pictures after only a couple of months. Grow up. This isn’t facebook. Why don’t you come back in a year or two when you actually have some type of measurable, visible progress to show if you’re still in the game by that point.

Perimeters, tensing: (5-dec-2010 – 27-feb-2011)
Shoulders: 131cm – 134,5cm
Chest: 111cm – 115cm

Biceps: 41cm – 43,5cm
Triceps: 37cm – 38cm
Forearm: 35cm – 36cm
Wrist: 19cm

Abdomen: 83cm – 88cm
Waist: 91cm – 94,5cm

Thighs: 54cm – 58cm
Calves: 38cm – 39,5cm

And on the image:
Front Squat // DL // DB BP // Dips // Pull-ups // Pulldowns // BB Rows // DB Rows // DB OHSP // Triceps // Biceps // Body weight

Is this your blog or something?

How do you measure your biceps and triceps separately?

keeping the tape in the same place, tensing biceps (curled arm) or triceps (arm extended)

is there any rule than doesnt permit me writing anything id like in my own post?
