Tonight I hit some heavy decline and front squats

Decline sets went
135x10, 225x8, 295x3, 365x2, 405x1

front squat went
135x10, 225x8, 295x3, 345x2, 380x1

Hit some heavy back squat, pause bench and kettle bell bench

Squat went 135x10, 225x8, 315x3, 405x1, 475x1, 535 for 3 singles

Paused bench went
135x10, 225x5, 295x2 paused , 340x3 paused

3 sets of 15 with 32kg kettle bells

Very impressive lifting. What federation(s) do you compete in?

As of now ive only competed in the wnpf but once I get my total up there I’d like to switch to ipf

Doesn’t the WNPF send you random drug tests throughout the year?

I’m not familiar with WNPF.

And I’m assuming you mean USAPL. You can only lift IPF if you win your weight class at USAPL nationals since IPF is the international umbrella federation.

Not that I know of. Though I did get tested after my meet in feb. I printed out the results cause everyone that sees me lift always says I’m on something.

Thanks. I’d like to at least get to 1650 before I give it a shot. I’ve started eating better and seem to be dropping just a little weight and improving my lifts so I may only have to cut about 4lbs for my comp. Last time I cut 13 and only lost a little strength but was more than needed just to see what I can get away with. Was 175 ha ha

Was finally finishing up my truck today so worked in the sun sweating for about 5 hours and was about 183lbs.
Hit deads, decline, and close grip. Cause I was lifting wit a buddy at his gym

Deads went 135x10, 225x8, 315x3, 425x1, 545x6

decline was
135x10, 225x8, 315x3, 365x2, 395x1

close grip was
135x10, 225x8, 275x4, 315x2

nothing moved good but I didn’t eat today and hardly drank water. Decline was surprisingly still fairly strong though I believe on a good day I’m up in the low 4s

A side note I tried another friends squat shoes on thursday. I just got my pair today. They feel way better than the dc s I was wearing. Get ready for big squat numbers

kettle bell bench was
32kg x 10, then 2 sets of 12 with 38kg kettle bells

Hit heavy squats and bench today

Squat sets were
135x8, 225x8, 315x3, 405x1, 495x1, 545 for
two singles

Bench went
135x10, 225x8, 295x2, 345x1, 365x1, 385x1

Yesterday was a shit day. Today hit a big 10lb pr on squat, sets went
135x10, 225x5, 315x3, 405x1, 495x1, 560x1.

Hit some front squats and decline bench today

Front squats went
135x8, 225x6, 295x2, 365x2

Decline went
135x10, 225x8, 295x3, 365x3, 390x1

Hit some reps for deadlift and some bench with chains.

Deadlift sets were with 100 lb plate after first set
135x10, 245x8, 335x3, 425x1, 475x15.

Chain bench, chain are roughly 25lbs total at the top of the lift. all sets are weight + chains
135x10, 225x6, 295x3, 335x2, 355x1, last set was 370 no chains single paused and right up smooth
