Going to start a legit program for the first time since I started lifting. Since I’m eating more too should see some nice gains. Going to try not to max on any of the 3 lifts for the next 8 weeks. Thats going to be tough but I’m expecting some nice numbers when I do.

Yea I’m about 4 session in over the last week 2 more accessory days and tomorrow is another accessory day then start over. Its the conjugate method, my buddy had pretty good results from it so he gave me his sheet to try. Adjusting accessories to what I feel helps me the most. Its literaly the first actual program i’ve ever done aside from like 3 weeks of 5x5. So far it feels pretty good but kicking my ass ha ha. I started it right after a heavy deadlift session and kind of screwed a few things up, but I’m getting the hang of it. The hardest part is staying in the ranges it says. I love to lift near max but it keeps me busy with a lot of sets and short time between so well see. Going to hit maxes in about 8 weeks and see if I’ll be continuing with it
Legs were sore as fuck today. Really wasnt expecting a good max for paused stiff bar deadlift. Been puling with a deadlift bar for the whole year for the most part. Once I got warmed up felt decent though And left 20 possibly 30lbs in the tank for next time. also hit some safety bar squats for the first time ever. Getting used to it for a max effort on it next week.
Since his 2033 total hes been on a slow decline it seems. I personally think he really needs to move up a weight class to keep going. I feel fairly comfortable saying I’ll be around the 1800 mark at the end of next year and be on his heals (total wise) the year after.
I saw on his instagram he pulled 635 for 8 the other day after a ton of volume work. Thats impressive as fuck, but I feel like he was doing that same amount last year as well and most of it was on a fat bar. I like Jesse, but just as @IronOne said, all his volume doesn’t seem to be doing so well for him. Now is a perfect time to hone in and smash that spot.
Feeling pretty good so far. Did some accessories for legs and back today. Some front squats weighted back extensions, pull ups, leg curls and extensions and stuff. Miss loaded the front squat thought it was 325 and was going for 5 hit a slow two with one left then realized it was actually 345 so not bad.
Was off to a great start my level on my squat belt broke today so squats were beltless. I use a different belt for deads so that was ok but didn’t have a screw driver to swap it. Doubles at 80% though I think my squat max is already past the 515 I did two weeks ago.

Deadlifts
135x8, 225x6, 315x5, 405x3, 495 for 6 fast singles.
Then finished with some ghr , leg press and a little back. Weights are really moving fast right now.
Today was rough but went good first time going heavy with the ssb ( definitely a different feel) and did some deadlift against bands and some extra back stuff
