Just curious as to what everyone thinks, I’m open to hear any criticism and judgment. I’ve never had people tell me before because people don’t just go around judging. Feel free to say what you want though, it would be appreciated!
I’m in no position to judge your physique considering I’m 17 5’10 and 165 pounds, but you are filled out man! How long have you been lifting?

Doc says I’m 5"10, and I want to compete eventually. I plan on going to the air force so most likely after.

I keep it pretty basic when it comes to legs, squats, hack squats and leg extensions. Sometimes I pre-exhaust or try and add different exercises in. I found that 5x5’s work really well for me personally. I don’t eat anything in specific, but I try and eat as healthy as possible. I don’t limit myself though, I allow myself to eat pizza and ice cream sometimes.
david henry just retired from the airforce and competed while he was in. Just saying you don’t have to pick one or the other, you’re only 18, looks like you have some great potential.
Ya I know, I had read about that! I’m just not sure how he was able to use steroids while in the Air Force. I mean, it’s clear that he was taking them, but I’m curious as to how he didn’t get tested lol.

What does your program look like?
As of last week, I started the Push and Pull routine. Its really great and simple in my opinion. Check it out sometime. I had found it in a flex magazine, and usually I am not one to go off of magazines but this one was a must.
