I train in his gym for around 3 years, but Hi devorse with his wife and make a relationship with 24years younger girl than him.Now I think He is in Swiss and working.Now I train in gym of one bodybuilder- Nikolay Stoyanov.He`s Second on 2009 Bodybuilding Balkan Championship on to 100kg. category.Also now I remember that the first powerlifting competite on who I lift is organized from my trainer at the city who I live and it was for teenagers and I was second.

Ignore any of the assholes on this thread, youāre a strong kid and youāre doing the right stuff to make good progress. Itās refreshing to see a young lifter so keen to get the basics right without trying to get ahead of themselves, and youāve got every reason to be proud of what youāve achieved so far. The fact that youāre so enthusiastic is an inspiration, keep it up.
Youāre on the right track. You have strong lifts, just keep progressing.
You do need to build more muscle, though. Then shed your fat, but for now maybe you should try to really bulk up and build up your muscles and thickness in your body.

ll start a cleaning/weight loss diet to shed some fat.

Also to say if I`m still not, at the last compet. at my city I was 87,2kg, because of little dehydratation and a little carbs who I eat to save my category.

good progress, keep your diet as clean (with the odd treat)as you can the more fat you put on the longer it takes to lose it, i made the mistake of really bulking up took me flippin ages to lose all my fat. gain a little bit of fat ok, but if your really packing the fat on, then adjust your calories/carbs. as long as your taking in enough nutrients than you should grow. keep up the good work

For some poses maybe, but I cant be 100% sure. Also sorry this week I write only 1-2 times, but I have important work to do. I
ll post again in next few days and I think this or next week to make 1-2 clips of my deadlift just to have.
