Hello i em currently in my first off season after my very 1 competition i em training for 2 years here are some pictures 2 weeks before my competition
So my diet was in calorie deficit the training was a 5 day split trained had some 2 training sessions on some days of the week morning cardio and weight training later thro the day

That was probably the most precise height measurement I’ve ever seen someone give.

very nice Q quad and overall arm muscle insertions. Tight waist and strong abdominal wall. Your weak points appear to be your chest and lats on your front double bicep pose

Yes thats right and my arms are a weak point too they are small on my front double bicep pose and overall

This photo was taken last month before my second cycle I em starting to put on mass and depth in my back and hammstrings my legs are better detailet but my chest and arms are still very week my lats on front double bicep are better. I need to take a pic on front poses and side and uploade them :slight_smile: later
