Hey, i havn’t really neglected my back so to speak, although i take it the photos are giving off that impression, however i am going to start deadlifting more often instead of just on back day in order to bring it up, i think i had the same problem as you, i wasn’t using the proper deadlifting technique and lifting for so long with the same bad technique you just pick up the habit, i’ve started doing them properly now and i am steadily increasing my deadlift, all takes time though.

These are some updated photos with better lighting etc.

Another Tricep pic

hopefully the new pics with better lighting will give a clearer indication as to which muscles need work.

good pics

you look stronger than you are

Huge potential…Just listen to what Thibs outlined for you. IMO you can not get any better advice then his, he after all works with bodybuilders day in, day out. So just work on that then come back in a year or so and post more pics.

Wow looking very good. Impressed. And your only 17! Keep up the good work man.

I looked at this thread originally and didn’t realise it was you mate! Good work, Ryan’s done well with them photos too. I was impressed by the new ones, triceps on the last picture very impressive, aswell as nice traps and arm size on the most muscular especially. How are your calfs+hams?

All I’m gonna do is echo what others have said with the deadlift, sure yours can come up to at least 150kg very quickly if you focus on it, and it’ll no doubt help out on your back thickness. Your bench trounces mine, but you do seem to have been left slightly with rounded shoulders as has been said. Squat wise I’m very impressed mate! Wasn’t too long ago you’d basically never squatted? As long as your going below parellel on these your going very well indeed.

I’m back over easter for a month so maybe we could train together a few times? Put me through a bench session in exchange for some deadlifting? Haha, maybe even you me and Ryan training at some point… Again mate, impressed, keep it up.
