Just clean your diet, hit the gym harder, Get FASTER, and train your football techniques and those will get you alot farther than roids or test or what ever it is you are doing ot wanting to do is going to get you and guess what its all negative side effect free.

Well I could do a faster 40 times for sure. I have to do it again to be sure. Second I could do ABOUT 25 CHINUPS with not that good form but not so bad too. You know what you are right about 180 solid muscular guy and 25 pounds is not a much of a differce. YOu are right. But I am scared that I will lose too much strength.What do you think would be better.Thats why I am at 205. If I didn’t lose strenth or at least not too mcuh than I would. What do you think?

You aren’t going to lose jack shit for strength. Hell, I’ve dropped 20lbs in the past 5 weeks, and my lifts are still going up. You haven’t been training long enough, gotten lean enough, or gotten strong enough to have to worry about making a tradeoff between strength and bodyfat%.

Honestly man unless you just go on a low calorie type diet you should not lose much strength if any. I mean honestly in the past two weeks since the guys chewed me out I have Just CLEANED up my diet and I am already losing fat around my stomach. But here is the thing I am not any weaker my shoulder press and tire flip numbeers have actually increased and my endurance seems better in events like sled and tire pulling. I would just clean up your diet really well for a few months and drop a few pounds.

You have a while before foot ball season is back around and dieting for about 3 months not neccasarily dieting to lose massive weight but just to clean up and for performance would do you alot of good. Come next season your going to faster because your going to be just as strong if not stronger and have less weight to move so you will move faster and be more agile and your going to be alot more of a solid guy so you have much more solid hit.

You’ve got well about 4 months before football starts up, maybe more depending on your level. that’s only about 1 lb a week. Keep a couple days each week completely off from cardio or training.

Well I meant Anadrol and there is a brand called anaboldbol. It is not the napsiamon one.I know DBOL means dianbol.

Yeah, actually that was a moment of stupidity above – I had a bottle of 500 Dianabols once that had the brand name of Anabol.

For whatever reason seeing Anadrol (I was guessing; turned out correctly) called “Anabol” and then seeing you move the same name to a different thing threw me into writing something quite wrong. It’s not a commonly used expression for Dianabol but unlike what I said, it does exist as a name.

Though as for “anaboldbol,” I kind of suspect not.
