You’re not eating enough. Plain and simple. Creatine and a good Natural T Booster is all you need. BCAA, Fish Oil, etc. Stay natural. Look into some T boosters like APE, Bioforge, Animal Stak, DAA, etc. I took one a few years ago called Activate Xtreme and I gained 10lbs. No reason you cant get stronger/faster naturally, you still have a lot of growing to do.

trying to get faster and stronger training your lower body once a week? the fuck? educate yourself. As a fellow teenager (18) I understand the urge to get on gear. I thought about doing a cycle as well because I train very hard and I am extremely dedicated and I wasnt seeing the results I wanted. I educated myself on T Nation and realized with training theres no instant gratification, its a long journey. If you really wanted to get stronger you wouldnt be talking about steroids you would be begging these guys to tell you how to eat and how to train. DO NOT under estimate the power of food, it is the greatest anabolic.

I started eating, not what most of you other high school pussies eat I grill chicken, steak, bison burgers, anything i can get my hands on and what seperates the men from the boys is the diet. As for training I am a Jim Wendler admirer. I dont go to the gym and do tri kick backs or isolation curls. I get in there I squat deadlift press bench and clean. i get chalk everywhere i make noises i dont fuck around. if you want to get stronger you could do so w/o anabolics. Trust me.

I went from 133 to 175 in a year and a half eating and training. I dont jog im not a bitch the only cardio I do is have sex with my girlfriend. I suggest you purchase the Jim Wendler 5/3/1 e books or Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Stop being ignorant and educate yourself. People like you are why older people hate our generation. Laziness.
