Did shirted work earlier this week. Hit 365x2 and missed 385 at lockout.

Getting down today to depth went well. on the 625 set i lost my air on the way down and just beat the up call. Everything else was sunk down to comp depth. It felt great. Even the 625 felt great on my back. I do need to work on arching the bar out / setting up and also getting more used to heavy knee wraps in full gear. All in all though, it was a good workout.

Great shirted workout today. Worked a ton of the kinks out.

My goal was a 400 bench at this meet so to hit 405 ten weeks out felt great. All of the sets felt great until the last one. The key now is for me and my partner to replicate the shirt set and taking the bar way out over my touch point without the other guys there. Pumped about this.

I should hit 1500 no problem and hopefully the 1550 area. I will be at 198. Decided not to cut for this meet. I am excited and biting at the bit.

Squat work this sunday
The plan was to use briefs and wraps since i was walking everything out. Really needed to get the feel for the heavy wraps. They were a little unsettling the last time i used them out of a mono. This week went way better.

The 665 hurt like hell but it got down and it come up. All the vessels in my face are shot and my vision is still blurry. But yea, it went well! haha. good shit. I think i’m good for more on meet day considering i drank a good bit the night before i hit that 665.
