Exactly.

So USE that!

No offence meant TC, and maybe I am just an elitist bastard, but why do you guys need to cater to people who cannot even spell a fucking simple word correctly?[/quote]

You mean like this?

offence = OFFENSE

Yes, that is EXACTLY what we are doing. Why would we not want to offer as many addresses as possible, in varying levels of complexity, so that as many people as possible will get to the site successfully?

(And yes, we realize that offence is the British / alternate spelling of offense. But all the more reason we’re adding some additional simple options.)

edited in response to LowfatMatt’s edit.

As for the web address…who cares? The more the merrier.

Bravo!

T-Nation does sound like “teen nation” when you say it.

Just sayin.

Agreed. I once sent the link of a T-Nation article to a work colleague and he was too afraid to click on it because he thought it was going to be full of trannies for some reason.

Most sites have a few different URL’s leading to the one place. It’s fucking business for Biotest, so a few new faces in here and there will only improve them as a company.

Wow. Reading this thread makes me think a few more domains should be registered:

80iq.com

4everwhining.com

Who the hell cares about how many urls lead to this site?

Anyone who’s ever run a website knows that more traffic = good. More traffic = more sales = more money to improve the site = better for everyone. (More articles, better servers, etc.)

Sheesh.

Because he’s running a business, and all customers are welcome.

Hell no! Not anymore.

You guys want us to use 1500T now!

Bwahahahaha! I really don’t give a damn what you want to call the site or how many URLs you want to buy. I buy the supplements I like, and I use the resources on the site as needed.

Nate “Magnum” Dogg

Thomas Magnum Dogg?

At first I thought it wasn’t a great idea like many…but then last night at the gym someone asked me what supplements I was taking. I told them Biotest proteins and they asked where could they get them. I must have said T-Nation 3 or 4 times then I said 1500T.com and they magically heard it.

Good work TC.

Aye, you got me there.

T-Nation still has the quality content that it had two years ago when I first came here so in what shell or behind what url it is matters none. There is plenty especially on the forums that annoys the shit outta me these days, but that is what internet browsers have a back button for.

My apologies for the il thought post (and for the one shit drivel that never came through, thanks)

My dad was asking where I get my info, supplements, and funny pics and I said T-Nation like 5 times and he kept hearing teen-nation. Then I said testosterone nation and 1500T and he got it.

hahaha! good point!

Here’s a scenario to help explain 1500T.com:

You’re leaving the gym to get your pedicure. You’re late.

Some guy in the middle of his workout yells to you, “Hey, what’s the name of that site you’re always talking about?”

Annoyed because you’re going to be late, you yell, “Testosterone.net.”

Guy yells back, “Huh? Testaroon.net?”

You replay, “No, you meathead. TESTOSTER…never mind, T-Nation.com.”

Guy yells back, “Tee, Like a golf tee?”

You go over to him and hit him in the head with a kettlebell and miss your pedicure appointment.

If you could only have yelled, “1500T.com.,” everything would have been fine. The guy would have found a new weightlifting home and your toes would be shiny and pink.

This is why I let my girlfriend give me pedicures :stuck_out_tongue:

Kill me, kill me now.

It still IS Testosterone.net

AND T-Nation.com

AND 1500T.com

Any one of them works.

Not to leave out T-Mag.com

Hey, this is a great site and the more URL’s the better.

I wish i ever knew what 1500 t count felt like!i think id be happy with half that!

As an example of how little this affects anyone who regularly goes to this site and how it constitutes no complaining, I didn’t even read this thread until today. I still get here by T-Nation.com and it still works and no pop up comes up and makes fun of me for not using 1500T.com or Testosterone.net.

Use what you like and other people will use what they like. Personally I feel 1500T.com is a little obscure for people to understand what kind of site it is, but then again T-Nation.com could mean anything as well. All in all it’s really insignificant and actually will only help the site.
