I started after freshman football season, at 140lbs. I went on starting strength until I hit 160lbs, then did 5x5 until 170lbs. I went back down to 160 because I stopped lifting during football, and now I’m back up to 176. I currently do a 4-day bodypart split.
Diet - 5 meals a day, 3000-4000 calories daily; 20g+ fiber, 100g+ protein… High carbs
Training- 4 days a week… Chest, Back, Legs, Arms.
Bench- 185
Squat, 225x12 ATG
Deadlift - 365 (as of last July)

Well i’m not so sure about that to be photoshopped…but the fact that you mentioned it first “been blamed” sounds fishy. Anyway, to settle this, take a video, and put effort into it.
