15 Weeks on Nebido, Weight Gain. Advice?

Hello,
40 year old male. Previously low T and all the usual symptoms.
Been on Nebido for 15 weeks…so just had 2nd 12 weekly injection.
A lot of the low T symptoms have improved which is really good, however in the last 15 weeks i have gained approx 14lbs. This mainly appears to be on my chest. This is despite doing 4/5 hours cardio a week.
I’ve started recording calories via myfitnesspal to ensure i’m not overeating. I’ve also started doing more weights too.

Is there anything else you more experienced folks can recommend ? I’m in the UK and its difficult to get information on blood work from my GP so cant really work out whats going on.

I intend on speaking to the GP when i next go back but I get the impression he has limited knowledge on this stuff…so even if anyone could advise of possible causes ./ solutions i could raise this with him.

Also, is there any private blood analysis which is avaialble in the UK?

any help genuinely apprecaited.

thanks

Please inject with higher frequency. Nebido (undecanoate) half life is ~21d from medical literature. If you have the vial, inject E10D (roughly cyp E3D). That is roughly -25% undecanoate from peak to bottom in your plasma, stabilizing your androgenic gene expression (=making you feel better), rather than that bullshit rollercoaster of Nebido every 10-12 weeks.

Fuck Big Pharma’s undecanoate protocol and long live healthy plasma levels with E10D! See for yourself the rollercoaster you’re on by inserting Nebido here steroidcalc, then compare to E10D.

(Obviously adjust the dose down when going from rollercoaster ride to E10D or more frequent!)

You more than likely have gained water weight, without labs we will not be able to help you. You need to check Total T, Free T, SHBG and estrogen. There are private clinics who are generally better at TRT than the NHS doctors and use shorter esters like enanthate and sustanon.
