Another common thing is recommending 1 new drug at a time. I noticed you made another post with all kinds of issues, issues that probably wouldn’t have happened had you stuck to that rule.
I think what a lot of new users miss is that the ones telling them they can grow just fine on low doses made all their gains on higher doses and multiple compounds. They preach safer protocols now that they’ve got the size and are focused on longevity. But that thinking didn’t get them there

my hands got numb fast when i had bad shoulder mobility + gained water and weight and that just worsens the problem as there is more stuff around it and the mobility becomes even less.
I fixed mine with religious shoulder stretching. Unless its a nerve damage, it should help but i really mean like 10min a day, for a month, you spend on shoulder stretches. And if it helps, it doesnt mean you stop - you continue, because once you stop it all goes bad pretty soon.
We had 3 week lockdown and i stopped stretching and i cant grab a barbell when i squat anymore again ![]()
Agreed. I think Vigorous Steve has recently made a video about making all kinds of gains on 600 mg/wk of Test. Well, he was previously hypogonadal and off all AAS, and much smaller than he has been in the past. 600 mg/wk of Test is going to do a lot for a guy who used to have 30 lbs more muscle.
IDK, he has been preaching about starting off at 250 mg/wk. I just don’t think that it is worth it for most people unless you plan on that being your baseline to return to from blasting. Then I think it makes a lot of sense. I think guys who blast and cruise should start cruising and do that for 6 months.
I do think it might be worth getting an assessment from a PT. I know a guy who is a PT and has studied shoulders the most out of everything. I am going to have him look at and assess my shoulders on Wednesday. That way, I can do the shoulder stretches that will help me with my issue. There are so many different shoulder stretches and drills. If I have to do it for my lifetime, I would rather just do just what is needed. Maybe that cuts it down to 5 minutes. Saving 5 minutes a day for lifetime adds up.
I can only speak from my own perspective where i have taken 2g+ of shit, but i was at my biggest on 290mgs.
Its because when you focus on drugs you miss the other stuff. When you know you dont have lots of drugs, you actually focus on the little things.
Now when i dont think i will ever do more that 500mgs of mixed stuff or 750mgs of test, like for now im on 385mgs of test, and maybe will go 300mg test and 100mg npp sometime, i actually push food more and look at my workouts with more attention.
I even started to learn to sleep in a better position for my sleep and recovery to be better. When i was on 1g of tren i just slept on my back with my sleep apnea, never slept more that 4 hours for 2 years and i didnt care.

I am progressing on 1/10th of the dosages of AAS now. I will never recomend anyone to do what i did. Its waste of money at very best.
Just a theory; but the social media trend now seems to be more towards being lean and cut rather than bigger and stronger. Maybe 250mg is enough for guys to drop BF via diet and maintain a fuller look?

That is true. I am basically using blasts to get to my potential on cruise. Then it is all about being strong and lean, with a good amount of muscle. I don’t care to rent gains with big blasts. I think if I can max out my potential, and have the added bonus of being able to hold more muscle cutting, that is enough. I think for me, I can be above 200 lbs at 5’10" and have a good six pack. Most guys can’t even get close to that amount of development, so if I can do it with minimal risk, I am happy.
One thing I think is worth mentioning. Last night, I didn’t wake up with arm numbness and that was after OHP day. I have recently switched to using a log (like in strongman), and because the log is 13" in diameter, the start position is a bit higher off the shoulders. I am wondering if that reduced ROM has helped a bit?

I can’t speak as to your log press, but the few times my shoulders have felt actually fucked up were after BB OHP. I found that using DB Press is far safer and less likely to impinge, and that doing it at a high incline helps as well (obviously only works for seated DB press).
You probably already do some form of shoulder warmup/stretch, but i found this routine works best for me

Depends what you used to crash them. Aromasin is a longer rebound than Anastrozole. Could take some HCG and/or DHEA to bridge the gap. 10mg of DHEA should work

I dont know as i have never had that problem. My problem is the opposite - i smell test and my e2 skyrockets.
I am on 3857mg test a week now, 2 weeks without AI and my e2 is 100, lol. If i eat whole tab of anastrozole a day it might be 50, lol.
It depends on a person - my e2 would go up daily. If yours crashes so easy, it might also take more time to get back to normal.
How much and how long? That’s the strongest AI that exist, I believe
