I have three hernias to show for it. I literally CAN’T deadlift now (I can, but it’s uncomfortable and potentially dangerous).
was that a predisposition to them that led to hernias or did you made some mistakes? i would like to know, so i can try to prevent that outcome, because my life is only about strenght…
So how’s the cycle going more hates?
I’m genuinely curious. I run low doses, eat everything in site (4,500+) and lift like my avatar’s pissed-off half during cycles and barely get 10-15 pounds out of a cycle.
I’m curious how your cycle is going, as you use more gear than me, but eat way less and “don’t deadlift”.
If you’re still seeing gains, I’m going to start shopping for Tren tomorrow.
I’m not being snarky. I genuinely want to know if Tren makes up for shortcomings in diet and training.
Edit: nevermind, I see you said you were gonna cruise on 300 Test for a while. Let us know when you start the Tren back up, please.
Haven’t taken it, but it is the best recomping drug (seems to be nearly unanimous). It seems to be able to turn existing fat into muscle in a deficit better than anything else. It’s nutrition partitioning effects are unreal compared to everything else as well.
Comes with a high cost though.

I’m having a lot of luck recomping on 300Test right now. My weight has stayed 215 while my waist girth has decreased 3/4inch. I’m going to milk this dry for a while.
Dreaming about one big cycle on either really high Test or test+Tren to get me to my goals. I’m about 15% off the numbers I want and I’m realizing I’ll just never get there on low doses. One huge blast, and 5,000 calories a day, should do the trick though.
Not sure if you have been following my cycle log, but I haven’t had much issue in the way of side effects. Also, I have often heard it said that it is hard to bulk on tren due to it just burning up all excess calories so quickly. Well I have never had a problem eating, and that includes even now running tren. I think I could bulk up into something massive if I wanted to on tren. And I want to bulk… but I can’t, yet.
I am thinking in the fall of Test + DHB (700/350). DHB is a fairly powerful steroid (many say for injectables it is second to Tren), but doesn’t have nearly the sides. The issue with it is PIP, but some brewers are figuring that out now.
I’ll see what that can do. It is a lot milder than Tren for sides (I guess night sweats do occur with it though). If that works out, it will probably stay as my secondary compound for a good while.
It sounds like an amazing clean bulker. Which is exactly what I’ll be looking for once I lean out. I’m looking to get down to 12% or so, hold it for a while, then clean bulk.
10% would be ideal, but I know it’s not in the cards for me. I love food too much and my body craves, and burns it an an alarming rate. I’m recomping on 3,000 cals/day for Pete’s sake.
I can tell you’re a big eater, like me, based on your posts about pizza and ice cream and such. I do the same stuff man. Congrats on your great progress so far!!!
Not many people appreciate how hard it is for us really big eaters to cut. Lots of people tell me they’re “big eaters” and then I go out to a restaurant with them and put them to shame. I may be the only person to ever have Texas di Brazil cut them off from “all you can eat”. They literally brought me the check while I was still eating. I can literally eat an entire large supreme pizza and be hungry three hours later. When you have an appetite like us, it is immensely harder to get lean. Stay strong man! Your log is an inspiration to me.
I’m curious to see how DHB works for you… I have also been considering DHB as well as bold cyp (I don’t want EQ due to the long ass half life) for my next cycle… or just stick with nand or tren since it seems to work so well. I am not sure yet, but I’ll be looking out for your cycle log
IMO, DHB should be hands down better than Bold C. Bold C I guess usually has bad PIP, so you are likely not much better off with that than DHB in regards to PIP. Almost everyone has said it is more anabolic than Test (some saying 2X, but I am guessing it is probably closer to 1.5X), and most say Bold is weaker than Test (most seem to say 2/3rds).
The big unknown is just how bad is the PIP? Most say there isn’t much out there that is worse. Can a good brewer solve this, or is it inherent to the compound? Does mixing it with a low PIP compound help? I have heard hardcore BBers say they couldn’t run it due to PIP. Some brewers claim to make smooth stuff. I guess we will see.
I will not be running any blasts until my back/shoulder/triceps issue is sorted out. It is an odd deal that I’ve never experienced before. No pain or numbness, but my triceps on my left side overnight lost about half it’s strength. My chins are a bit weird now too (can still do them, slightly weaker, but it is clear there is something wrong as my whole body is tilted to my right side). I can do single arm press downs with my right arm in the 120-130 lb range, left arm I can do a single at 70 lbs (which is actually an improvement, about two weeks ago I could do 50 lbs for 2). Bench has fallen off a cliff. I did 385 lbs for a single maybe 2 months ago. I struggle now with 185 for a single. It felt terrible, and my spotter said I almost fell off the bench due to me twisting my body. I am thinking that is an exaggeration, but I was noticeably contorted during that press).
I have had a chiro friend look at it. Didn’t figure anything out. I had a PT friend look at it briefly, and he didn’t see much. He is going to scrape the muscles that are responsible for shoulder depression (he said watching me bench I clearly had an issue with that). I’ll give it a bit more time (been about 3 weeks now), if I don’t see better improvement it will be time to see an orthopedic Dr.
For now I am doing far more squatting than I would prefer, but I suppose I need to bring up the squat anyways. I surprised myself with a 3 plate SSB front squat the other day. Was expecting a grinder, and it was pretty easy. Wouldn’t be surprised if I could throw quarters on the sides.

I’m actually cruising on 250 cyp rn instead. Bulk ended 2 weeks while tren levels were still pretty potent in my body. Last week I cut at 2300-2500cals. This week I’m at 22-2300. I weigh 177 now, mostly water weight. My bench is actually at 265 rn which is cool and don’t seem to have lost much, if not any muscle mass. I think the test is helping w that. Balls back to normal which I fw and less edgy, more charismatic. Walked into Publix the other day w a cut off trying to show off and was actually embarrassed about how many ppl were trippin over my arms lol. I’ve also been using this great non-stim pre workout called bare knuckle hooligan and love the pumps. It’s a must have. Mentally a lot better and not completely fixated over juice like I was the past 12 weeks. Learning to have more balance… aaaannnndddd still looking to up the tren and hop back on in 8 more weeks lol.
No it does not. I blasted 600-800 tren for 2 years straight while intermittent fasting, eating around 2-4k kcals, while my maintenance was up to 9k (im a hand to hand combat instructor in military, self defense instructor for civilians and a MT and MMA fighter so i have 3-4hours of training a day + work)… I was shredded as fck at 220lbs but i never gained extra nothing until i started eating as much as needed to gain weight weekly.
Thanks for this. I’ve seen some report that Tren is a miracle drug, plain and simple. And I’ve seen some dudes on Tren that don’t even look like they lift.
It would be a HUUUUUUGE legal risk for me to acquire and run it, and I’m trying to weigh cost vs. benefit.
My avatar pic is on 600mg tren and lower cals than maintenance… 6’2, around 220lbs… i can add more pics if needed… ofcourse, i was constantly lifting and doing MMA for 10 years before also, so i cant really say that that physique is tren… i was always lean, so tren maybe gave that extra 10% of grainy look, and some fake strenght on the top of me starving myself… still i believe its the best drug there is.
I never had any sides from it, exect for fcking cough, that would sometimes kill me for 20minutes after it ends, but other than that my bloodwork was better than it is now on EQ, which is supposed to be mild.
Your cholesterol was better on tren than EQ?
my LDL is in norm always, no matter what… HDL is low, but its also - always low - no matter what i use… even test fcks up HDL.
Not sure if I’m reading your cycle correctly but looks like 7-8 months of Trenbolone straight. Trenbolone causes liver cancer. Doing it at all is risking liver cancer but staying on for that long is really risking liver cancer especially if you keep doing cycles of it.

Also buy a blood pressure monitor. Check your blood pressure regularly at home. Together you and your doctor can figure out if you should be on blood pressure medicine or not. If your top number is 120 or higher or your bottom number is 80 or higher then your blood pressure is higher than it should be and you and your doctor need to start working to get it down. Boston Loyd is 29 years old with stage 5 kidney failure and is going on dialysis soon all from steroid and PED use. Kidney failure in bodybuilding is more common than people actually talk about. Part of it is the dehydration from getting on stage and also the use of diuretics but the other part is chronically high blood pressure for years due to steroid use.
Oral steroids also cause liver cancer. If you search your podcast app for the Leo and Longevity podcast and go to episode 33 Leo has a guest on named Jeff Raybould who took oral steroids for 8 years straight and now has liver cancer. Also in that same podcast Leo mentions another guest that came on his show that got liver cancer from using Trenbolone for 5-6 years. Unfortunately that guest wanted his interview removed so you cant find it.
Also when taking Trenbolone some people take Cabergoline for the side effects but Cabergoline is extremely dangerous and lethal.
Cabergoline causes heart valves to calcify, thicken and get fibrosis leading to heart valve replacement surgery, heart failure and death. All of these heart valve issues can happen from only a small amount of time on Cabergoline, it does not take decades for this to happen. I read a medical report about a woman who was taking 0.25 mg of Cabergoline for 4 years and it caused her to have heart failure.
