Hey guys, doing my first cycle. It’s gonna be 500mg of test e a week for 10 weeks. I’m going to be taking nolva for pct. My question is about the pct dosage. I know most people say to do 40/40/20/20 but my tablets are 50mg. So should I just do 50/50/25/25 or is that too much? Not sure if it is a big deal or not. thanks

well, since 20 mg works just fine for PCT, i’d suggest splitting the tablets. raising the dose isn’t gonna speed your PCT or make it any more effective, really.
i would suggest running the Nolva for 6-8 weeks, though.
something like this:
Weeks 1-10: 500 mg test
Weeks 11-12: off, waiting for blood levels to come down
Weeks 13-18: PCT (Nolva, 25 mg taken at night)
i’d also suggest looking into an AI, as well…
Is four weeks sufficient for a 10 week cycle or are you suggesting 6-8 just to be extra cautious?

4 weeks is not sufficient, IMO. and really, why are people so afraid of an extra week or 2 of PCT?
You should do a longer pct plus take the other stuff I told you to in the previous thread. If you don’t believe me, google “ssri induced erectile dysfunction”.
