I was set to do that last week but life happened. Iāll probably have to skip squat day this week too, unless I try combining a press and squat session. Seems doable, so Iāll see how I feel.

Works pretty busy for me and the missus yeah. Just little things on top of that like car MOTs, speed awareness courses, looking after in-laws etc. No big dramas, just stuff that canāt really be put off just to get a lifting session in.
Iām actually really looking forward to it now. If I get all 10, itās probably going to be the biggest set Iāve done since restarting lifting. Certainly the proudest Iāll be. A year and a half ago, 120kg would have been a shaky 1RM that would have forced a deload for a week or two after.
