Im gonna chime in again. At 16, keep growing, don’t cut, chicks don’t give a shit anyway, see the douchebags they get around with these days anyway? Grow, be a monster, which you’re on the path to, and when you’re 18-21 and the blokes want to be you and the girls want you inside of them, then, you will be living the dream.
I apologize for calling pics photoshopped… You got some guts for staying with this thread even though everyone (including me) thought the pics were fake
I was the first to say that it was photo shopped the pics did an still do look strange but well done with the vid I take it back ![]()
Thank you for kind words. So I will have to rethink cutting. Everybody’s looking bigger and better if he’s at least 8 % bf or so. So I would look kinda good or beyond good for regular people. One buddy isn’t too big, he’s lean, works out a little, but I don’t think he knows too much, (but he’s structure is not that bad) and he looks kinda big shirtless, maybe not big, but you know that illusion, he can’t look skinny when ripped , because he got broad shoulders I think. So I thought sh** I gotta get cut this summer. I don’t have too much to drop anyway.
But couldn’t I get cut and getting bigger? You know 3 days split, carb cycling (high in training, low in no training, cardio in no training days). I could regenerate, because 3 days is not much at all. And after 2 months cut I’m going back to 4 days split, eating more, but just keeping bf low.
Another thing is cycling. Does it make me smaller, or does it make me grow slower? I used to cycle a lot last spring and summer. But I didn’t drop any fat, because I drank isotonics on the road, got some food in backpack as well. The first of the long trips and the longest trip I did was 130kms in 1 day. So I was pretty drained at the end. And surely my buddies (me too) want to do at least 100km trip this spring, and shorter trips around the town weekly. So does so much of cycling (or at least twice a week) will screw with bodybuilding? I don’t know if I have so much stamina as in last spring, because I think I got bigger and in summer stamina was worse and worse. So I don’t think if after winter I could do 40kms. Just need bit of advice, because bodybuilding is priority for me, but I love cycling with friends as well.

So that’s my body without posing manipulation, not photoshop! I covered the wider part of my waist with my forearms, so that’s why it looks like it’s from another body. And arms unflexed as you can see are really small. I look really skinny in this picture. But I’m 16, so I got some time. I got at least 2 years of training before I will look a little big/not skinny unflexed. I look a little bigger in reality (who doesn’t?)
But I need to get cut for summer. I will look much bigger without all this fat. And also I believe you can grow while cutting. The body doesn’t care bout calories when it comes to muscle growth, only protein. So I think if I would use carb cycling with high carbs in training days, I could still train heavy. And only 3 training days would make me regenerate even on low calories.
How the fuck is THIS at a 4.3 right now
And one more question, considering I’m 6ft 2" how would you say my arms measure and how’s my weight? I don’t know my current weight. Only from april I weighted 182lbs, but I was way smaller back then.
You have an insanely tiny waist… I believe you now but admit that I was sure the pics were shopped as I was reading through this thread. In that one pic you legs absolutely dwarf your waist - each legs looks as big or bigger than your waist…
Do not cut. You can gain mass without gaining a lot of fat.
Photoshop, guys? Really?
I know it’s been resolved, but T-Nation sure loves its accusations!
Narrow chest, tiny waist, wide hips.
You could do well competing… in Women’s Figure
Ok I won’t get cut, thanks for advice. I will just do some abs work before summer. I haven’t trained them in a year, but I still can see them under some decent layer of fat if when flex them. Ye I got some fat in that tiny waist, I can’t imagine it if I would rip to shreds. It was getting smaller as I ate more and gained fat a little. Crazy thing is that waist.
But can someone answer the question about bicycling? Does it screw so much with bodybuilding?
And also about how arm measurement and weight look like?

My chest is wider than hips, clavicle is as wide as quad and chest opened is a little wider than quads (quads are as close to each other as possible) and don’t even mention shoulders to quads width. I checked it standing next to doorpost. So I don’t think it’s that bad. Hitting MM I had my arms really forward and a little pulled up, which makes my chest look narrow, but arms bigger.
Considering your avatar, number of posts and what you type, you troll.
And a bad one. Seen better.
Hope that Stern jock doesn’t do photoshop for a living.

Jock? Lol…stop being so English!
As a matter of fact I used to head the forensic photography unit of the Troll Police but got sacked for being too cynical…
Good for you…Start doing some heavy shrugs

I’m going to be honest dude, it looks like genetically, your structure is going to allow you too look pretty damn good, with a REAL solid X-frame if you put some mass on. Good luck, keep it up
Except that his clavicle is too narrow. Way too narrow for his height, to have an X frame.
But keep working OP. Cutting is a bad idea, youre not big. And not fat. That means cutting is pointless.

So what would be considered wide clavicle? The way I hit the pose in the third pic is making my clavicles narrow. I put a tape on my clavicle (so it will show where my clavicle is in comparison to quad) and there’s good 1-2" inch space between it and quads (when they’re close to each other unlike the picture and video). Maybe they aren’t widest, but I think they are not that narrow either. I’m skinny yet I got compliments about being wide. I know it’s just general public opinion.
I know now, I won’t cut for sure.
Weird ass body shape mate. It looks as though you’re not finished growing for sure. Your legs are your best quality, but it also looks like you’re sucking in or something. Skinny fat is the best way to describe it. Best advice would be to stick with it and wait until you’re older and physically matured to grab some advice with any quality attached to it.
Weird ass physique - yes. Hopefully it will vanish with more upper body mass (when back is pumped the proportions look so much better). Clavicles too narrow - yes. But skinny fat? That’s too much. I thought skinny fat is someone who have almost no muscles and fat belly. Yes I did suck in the waist in every picture.
I can see my abs if I flex and I haven’t trained them full year. I don’t know now. My chest is really really bad, that’s one reason. Other is super overpowering legs. Put super big legs to someone even medium size and if they’re that overpowering upper body would look skinny or much worse. In that relaxed picture I really look skinny fat.
Well but that’s just a screwed up picture. Last time someone called me skinny was year ago (for me and you I’m still freaking skinny, but I meant general public here). Then after few months people started to notice I’m bigger. (I was only 84kgs) Even I’ve been told several times I’m wide. I know they don’t know crap about this, but still I think that’s far away from being skinny fat. I gotta start training abdominal area.
You arent skinny fat.
