I want to know if its a smart idea to mix homemade tren w/ some pharm grade sust.
I have been doing separate injections in the past, but want to keep the injections to a min and also save on supplies.

I plan on doing a similar thing…both homebrews though. You’ll be okay.
I might recommend doing it inside of the syringe. If the two formulations use oils of different densities, they may separate inside of the vial, and make accurate dosing difficult. Drawing out of one vial, and then the other into one syringe and then changing out needles is something I have done in the past without problems.
