I'm a strength training and nutrition enthusiast who has spent much of his free-time researching and experimenting on himself such practices. 5/3/1, Westside Conjugate, DUP, German Volume Training, geared and raw powerlifting, Joe D's Westside for skinny bastards, etc. as well as IIFYM, Ketogenic, Warrior, Paleo, Intermittent fasting protocols. Currently I am training to continue to compete in raw powerlifting, with a strongman competition in my near future. I'm a family man and high school varsity level football coach who just enjoys life moment by moment.
