I’m 43 I be been in and out prison I use to be in real good shape got hooked on heroin it all went to shit I’ve been sober for about a year last year I was 275 low t at it’s worst I did some research went to a weight loss clinic got on trt know I’m down to 235 felling good as fuck turned my garage into a nice gym I do hiit training three to four times a week and along with weight training I’m going full anabolic to see how far I can take it I’ve been doing so much research it’s crazy but I’m in my second cycle I know it’s fast but fuck it it keeps me motivated I’m running a test c 300 and tren a 350 a week felling good looking a lot fuckin better my goal get to 200 pounds I’m 5-11 so I’ll be really lean but long story short I’m all I’m any advice is welcome and appreciated
