Hi, I’m a 54 year old cancer survivor who has always been into lifting but with no real goal, just lifting because I love it! As I age I realize strength is something I’ve never had, and the cancer took away the little but I did have. I am lifting now to grow stronger and better each time I touch a weight. Recovery is much more difficult but I’m figuring it out as I go along. T-Nation is the best resource I’ve found out there and really enjoy all the info here.
