57 years old, 5' 10" & in 2014 was 312 lbs, now at 192 lbs. & took 4 months to go from 20 a night to 1000 a night-(nightly: one set of a 1000 reps) Current nightly routine 1000 sit ups (full sit up old school style) nightly duration is 39 to 44 minutes while watching TV after work. Supplementing nightly routine with 1 set of 1000 double calf raises & 1 set of1000 air-squats .. working on working to increase rep counts of pushups .. now at 1 set of 180 reps of pushups (increase rate is 3 more each night(shooting to hit 1000 by end of 2017).
