He probly used couple grams of cocaine to fuel his workouts! Dude was an annoying prick regardless of physique. Imo

So let’s see: First Amy Whine-house dies, then this bro, so who is the third as “they” always seem to go in threes. Then again the posibility of another stupid dead druggie would not really phase me. Cant wait to get the tox report back about the two of three…
So I guess Jani Lane was the third. Damn you, Universe!
Wasn’t he touring with Warrant again?

Bubba Smith died, also.
It’s really the end of the video that is more impressive. All those kids saying how much he made an impression on their lives.

Nice bump, FN!

I saw the thread title and thought, “Damn! Poor Zyzz died… AGAIN!”

Actually watched the whole thing, and although he presents his beliefs in a seemingly odd/immature fashion, his core beliefs are ones that I think most everyone here holds:

 • Be Positive
 • Train hard, Go After What You Want
 • Have Fun

I agree.

And if that guy brings the bar up several notches as to what a young man SHOULD look like, more power to him. It’s bad enough the general public’s male ideal is so shitty.
So he’s not a bodybuilder in the sense that many of us admire. He’s a hell of a lot better built than the average complacent American schlub.

Meh, I hear he’s really let himself go recently.

^^^ I had a guilty lol over that one

Thanx! Although most would consider him an arogant prick, I think his views were very empowering if you just look through all the peacocking and pigeon chesting…lol That one charismatic dude (no matter what you think of him) inspired so many kids in a world that has complacency and laziness as it’s top priorities, is impressive.

??? Crossfit is good for the people who do it and do it by being coached safely. I respet peeps who can suffer through those workouts. IDK what you’re getting at?
