Zercher Good Mornings with Slow Concentric/Eccentric

I’ve never really liked them compared to RDLs but when I started doing slow concentrics and slow eccentrics (3 -5 secs up and down) they are much more effective as you focus on intramuscular tension. I noticed that I want to shift to the right when I did it like this. I always tried to train them like RDLs but that was a mistake. I found I could keep even more tension by doing the zercher version as I have to focus on keep the back arched more. I am going to try your suggestion by wrapping a band around my waist.
