Your Blood Pressure on Cycle?

Id be lieing if i even guessed a number. When im bulking i just pay attention to protien and eat like a horse lol. Some days are lower carb higher fat and some are opposite it just depends in what i take out of fridge. I monitor sodium because of water retention only. I really try my hardest to have fun with my cycle. If i start micro managing my diet to hard it takes the enjoyment out of things for me. I never plan on competing or anything i just want to “look good”

Now when im cutting i monitor carbs i stay under 100g a day. And around 2000 cal give or take 200

I’ve been trying to keep my saturated fat and sodium to a minimum, I’ve always been on the high end of cholesterol and of course the water retention with the sodium. It’s just bloody hard to do when your eating 5k calories a day!
