I got 3+1 Grow! Whey’s. That’s alot of freak’n protein! Then I wanted to get my order to 150 so shipping would be free, and I added 2+1 Rez-V since I’ve never had it before.

Maybe people eat whole foods and only use protein PWO and as a meal replacement/nighttime shake. therefore, casein/whey blend and Surge are more appropriate purchases.

Well with Isolate you can just add healthy fat to it to make it more of a slow digesting meal. As far as Surge, it’s MUCH cheaper to buy the Grow Whey and then add Maltodextrin and Dextrose to it yourself. As optimal as Surge? No…but it’s definitely a “bang for your buck” type of solution for us college punks.
