Now that Biotest doesnt sell MD6 anymore, the next best thermogenic product would probably be EAS Betalean. It has ephedra sinica (the same as MD6) and also green tea. But it doesnt contain yohimbine. What would be a good OTC yohimbine supplement to add to Betalean and how much? BTW, when is Biotest coming out with its new version of MD6, then I wont have to use Betalean???
