Hi all. I’m trying to see if anybody has already gone down this path. Which is to organize a year long strength training program for gaining strength without size . I’m thinking of cycling between a SWF program like what Waterbury developed, and a Pavel PTP program and a o-lift based program. But I’m not sure if that’s the right thing to do. Any feedback, or routine suggestions if I’m looking for strength gains with minimum weight gain?
