WWE Personalities

i thought you were some Indian virgin who hated all things white because of our alcohol, drugs and pre-marital sex?

idiot.

Best Wrestlers: Bret Hart, HBK, Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle, Mr.Perfect, Scott Hall/Razor Ramon, Eddie Guerroro, Dean Malenko, Juvie Guerroro(WCW days), Ultimo Dragon, Road Warriors Animal and Hawk, Sting(Doesn’t matter what year, he’s always been amazing), Young Booker T(Harlem Heat days), Big Van Vader, Undertaker(RESPECT), Macho Man Randy Savage

Crappiest wrestlers: John Cena(He tries hard, I give him that), Psycho Sid(HORRIBLE), Ultimate Warrior(Jesus, you are limited. Your entrance to the ring is better than your Match)

Meh, here’s my own opinion on the Superstars

Probably Actually Most Capable of Kicking the Others’ Asses: Undertaker/Triple H
Best Bodybuilder: John Cena. Triple H a close 2nd.
Best Strength Athlete: Mark Henry
Most Athletic: John Morrison, with R Truth also of note.
Best Aerialist: Rey mysterio or Evan Bourne.
Consistently Best Conditioned: Dolph Ziggler. Yes, I’m serious.
Most Overfat: The Big Show. He’s just a tall fat guy.
Probably Actually Least Capable of Winning Were it Not for the Script: Jeff Hardy
Lamest Recent Champions: the Colon brothers
Most Credible-Seeming Finishing Move: Sweet Chin Music
Stupidest Finishing Move: Pedigree. It never, ever fucking works.
Prettiest Though Useless Finishing Move: Starship Pain

Ziggler has been in impressive condition, for sure.

Most wannabe Psycho Sid - Dolph Ziggler
Most wannabe Razor Ramon - Carlito Cool

These names may not be correct as I really don’t anymore, just what I have seen in passing.

Maryse is a goddess.

The ECW intro tonight cut at least three times to clips of Ezekiel Jackson. Which I don’t think would happen if they aren’t about to give him a fair bit of action now.

He would have to be up there for Best Bodybuilder in the WWE as well.

i cant remember the whole name but what happened to that guy lashley? he had one of the biggest set of shoulder ive ever seen

I keep hearing that the Undertaker is the toughest WWE star “in real life”. I remember seeing a WWE documentary and the overwhelming consensus of wrestlers agreed on this.

What are people basing this on? I know he’s a big guy and likes motorcycles, but is there any record of him brawling outside the ring?[/quote]

Mark is strong in real life but not sure what they meant by toughest. Most Wrestlers used to cry about Goldberg and Steiner being hard to wrestler because they are so big and stiff. They also used to complain about Shamrock being stiff and sometimes taking it to far.

The days I want back in wrestling are the days of The Nation vs DX or even the NWO pre Hogan in WCW. All this new stuff is just crap and someone needs to fix it back to the good days.

Kick Cena out he sucks!!

Gotta chime in on the WWE thread!

Just to kick things off right, Maryse here. A Little birdy told me a guy can have some fun on Google Images if they find her Playboy Vixen spread…

-Lashley is actually heading into MMA, he got injured a while back and just took that as an opportunity to leave.

-To the guy who said Jericho isnt funny now that he has gone serious is WAY off, his character is really the funniest thing going in the WWE right now. He has this smirk he does that is just killer, couple that with “I am the best in the world at what I do.” and “All of you parasitic, gelatenous manatee’s…” and its really gold. WAAAAYYY funnier that the crap they have Santino and other mid-carders do 90% of the time.

I’ll throw my hat into the ring for a few nominations:

Just go away already - CM Punk. I get it, he’s straight edge and the WWE is trying to get rid of their steroid image by having a guy that doesnt do anything… Pick someone else. His mic work is just sad and he isnt an exciting wrestler.

Tries Too Hard - John Cena. Mildly fun to watch, his mic work sounds way too scripted.

Give Him The Damn Title Already - Shawn Micheals. This man can do no wrong in my book. Still puts it all on the line and has been in some of the most memorable matches in history. His WM25 match with Undertaker absolutely stole the show. I think he is set to retire at WM26, long live the king. Would LOVE to see one more title run. He deserves is WAAAAAAYYYYY more than guys like CM Punk.

Notable Up and comers - Mark Henry - I know he has been around for ages, but they swept him under the rug for a while, he is quickly becoming a fan favorite again. Evan Bourne - Really exciting to watch, sells moves really well.

Agreed on Mark Henry.

He’s been seen by the fans as a heel for a while; I have to suppose it was planned this way.

Last night they had him do this thing where he wrestled as Hornswoggle’s imaginary brother Mark Swoggle, and the crowd absolutely loved it and him.

It’s interesting to me what little things wind up completely turning the audience one way or the other. Besides the above, for example Punk uses Money in the Bank to beat Edge and take the title, and is a hero. Does the same with Jeff Hardy and he becomes a heel, instantly.

I wouldn’t have created the category on its own merits (which are little) but recalling last night’s match adds another category for the men: Best Smile, Mark Henry.

No big deal of course, but he does have that one nailed.

It’ll be good if he gets much more action now and is presented and received as a good guy.

Most Badass Tag Team: The Road Warriors

Ugh, I normally skip any matches with Hornswaggle or any of that novelty crap
It’s just annoying.

Isn’t that just the LOD in their away costume?

Was always a fan of Macho Man Randy Savage Ohhhhhhhh YEAH!

LOD was them in the WWF. Road Warriors was the WCW and other stuff when they started.

Macho Man, Hulk, and Ultimate Warrior are my top 3 all time wrestlers.

Most ridiculous characters: The bushwackers

Least value for money: Andre the giant (damn dude couldn’t even speak english or get off the canvas if he had the misfortune to be pushed over, he had the mobility of a snail)

Most ridiculous yet somehow entertaining: Rick “The Model” Martel.

It is crap. But if it moved Mark Henry from being “bad” to “good” in the audience perception, well, whatever works.

I’m often amazed by the tiny things that result in complete turnaround in that regard.
