Started using the I,Bodybuilder program 4 weeks ago along with eating like a horse and managed to gain about 20 pounds since I came back to Ball State this semester, after my christmas break. This is something I was never able to do when I played football in high school or even when I played at Marian College for a year. the program is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve followed the program strictly, and I’m to the point now that I am considering throwing in some extra workouts some days. If I were to double up a couple of times per week would that slow or stop the rapid growth that I have experienced. I also had some questions about internship opportunities this upcoming summer. I am currently studying Exercise Science at Ball State University.

Has it stopped? Maybe you just need to mix up the exercises a little to keep things fresh. Read over High Performance Mass, that will give you plenty of ideas including using a sled or prowler for added volume.
