I take my one share, go to the annual shareholder meeting, take the microphone and say the following words:
You Sir, are making way too much money.
Will he give a shit?
If enough people agree with me he will.
If not I invest in a company with a CEO that makes less.

I am not sure because it is a little out of my area of expertise, but I am not sure all meetings are open and I am not sure they would allow you to speak if they were. I do get ballots to vote on certain things, but nothing of importance.
