I manage a McDonalds and we’ve got this guy at work that has to pick up some extra shifts because the last manager had a massive heart attack. He always wears a size medium work shirt, when he is definitely an L to XL. He has had to work a few open to closes, and has about 4 McFlurry’s per shift. Gives him the shits really bad.
He keeps complaining that with all of this extra work, he has no time to work on his fitness. He carb loads on his delt days, eating about 40-60 McNuggets pre and post-workout.
He also has an intense body odour. Should I fire him?

I love threads like this, there is really nothing better than people busting on a stupid thread. In fact, I only seek out threads which sound stupid, just because I know there is going to be a lot of funny MFers ripping it up.

Definitely, unless his CS is so great it is substantially building your customer loyalty base.

I’ll agree and also add, if you need a gym to work arms, you really arent using the resources T-Nation has to offer.

Uhm…what? Since when did T-Nation bring an end to needing heavy weight to build big arms and make the gym obsolete?
How big are you guy’s arms with all of this gym avoidance?
Seeing as this thread was going nowhere anyway, why not focus all attention here?
I understand chinups build biceps, but I’m at the point where bodyweight isn’t enough resistance anymore, hence weighted chins via a dipping belt/dumbbell or pulldowns are needed for continued gains… not sure where the logic is regarding not needing the gym for an arm workout. Probably the same place with brown smelly yodas, hispanic samurais, midgets and the like.

Unless you want us discussing hispanic samurai midgets in the BB forum I think its imperative that we get to the bottom of this here and now.
vegita, what race are you?? I swear I won’t make racist jokes if you tell me.
samuels, stuck in any pipes lately?
Long distance when I was younger, I did the mile and 2 mile in track, ran cross country, even did some 5, 10 & 15 K road races, then as I got a little bigger in my junior and senior year, I started transitioning down to 800M, 400M, 200M, Hell I even won our conference in long jump my senior year. It was my first year doing it and coach let me try whatever I wanted. Ended up jumping 19’4" in the conference meet for first place. I never did go over 20, which sucked, but if I did it for a few more years I think I could have gone WAY over 20. My 400 Time was 49 and change, 200 was low 21, 800 was 1:58, Mile I crushed out 4:22 one day, my next best before that was like a 4:40, weird right?
