Where do you get this stuff? Seriously? Since Canada is one of our major suppliers do you think they are victims of our tactics?

I said developing countries. Canada is an ally of ours anyway so there’s no need to use coercion on them.

Who do you think we’re giving billions of dollars away to?

Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Columbia…

The only thing we want from any of those places is oil from Iraq and we are paying record prices.

and by far the best looking women (Gisele and Adreana Lima for example)

I hate it when somebody says one country has the most beautiful women. Every country has it’s beautiful women, and it’s ugly ones. I lived in Barcelona where there are 10s of thousands of Brazilian women, sure there were beautiful ones, just like every other country, but there were a LOT more ugly ones.

You can’t say a country has the most beautiful women from one or two models, that’s just stupid.

Go and live in Brasil by the way, hope you got security…

I can’t find the exact study right now but i’ve read that mixed race people are more attractive than ‘pure breads’ (something to do with divers gene pools)and if you don’t belive me try googleing it there is loads of articles on it, and brazil is the most mixed race nation on the earth
So sorry, BUT Brazil does have the most attractive wonem on the planet.

If people outside of the U.S. are not overly friendly to you maybe it is becuase of your dck head attitude, or that you make ignorant and Un-intelligent statements?

On what basis are you claiming that The U.S> is the greatest country in the history of man?

Is it the size of your army (the same army that invented the term ??friendly fire??)
Is it your strong economy?
Is it your well respected and intelligent leader?

If you wish to make stupid ass comments like this may I suggest you read up (OK maybe you can find a film about the following, I know Mel Gibson makes world history much easier to understand for you)

Ancient Egyptians
Byzantines
the Roman empire
Acient Greeks
Britain (during the industrial revolution when they controlled 90% of global trade)

The US today does not even come close sorry dude

I’ll tell you why the U.S. is greater than all of those other empires/historical cultures. Because here you can be born with nothing and you can become whatever you want to be and it happens all the time. It’s called freedom my friend. It’s called opportunity. All those other countries including British Empire in 19th century, if you weren’t born into the upper class you didn’t count for shit and had little chance of making a good life for yourself.

Well, everybody has their own opinion, I like eastern european women, there are some incredible beauties from Moldova, Romania, Czech Republic, just to name a few. There are some gorgeous middle eastern women as well. But these are my personal favorites.

I definitely agree with you about the mixed genes idea.

It’s interesting to me that you say Brazil is the most mixed race nation on earth, could very well be true now that I think of it, I’m off to study…

Why am I not surprised that your location is Texas, USA… Your post was so meaningless that I actually had to reply to it. Nice one.

And to the OP, I don’t know why you feel that people are picking on you, but I can say that I’m not impressed by your netiquette.

Explain your thinking. I think he is right regarding the British Empire and others limiting opportunity based on class although it is my understanding Rome also offered plenty of opportunity.

I’m not saying that you should scientifically explain all your opinions, but what deputydawg wrote has not a hint of explanation or reasoning behind it. “Because here you can be born with nothing and you can become whatever you want to be and it happens all the time. It’s called freedom my friend. It’s called opportunity.” Ok, if you say so?

“All those other countries including British Empire in 19th century, if you weren’t born into the upper class you didn’t count for shit and had little chance of making a good life for yourself.” All (!) those other countries including british empire… do you have a more accurate reasoning behind this?

He have no grounds to state what he did. It’s all bollox, that was what I meant. Sorry for “attacking” you deputydawg, trying to explain my post to Bap Zapigan.

I have tried finding some information on social classes in ancient empires, but I have trouble finding it without dedicating too much time. But I think that the possibility to work yourself up from a lower class is not an american trait but something that is more common for the western society in modern time.

However I have found some information I deem useful from wikipedia.

The Ottoman empire:
“Many places in Europe, Jews were suffering persecution at the hands of their Christian counterparts. The tolerance displayed by the Ottomans was welcome to the immigrants. The Ottoman economic mind was closely related to the basic concepts of state and society in the Middle East in which ultimate goal of a state was consolidation and extension of the ruler’s power and the way to reach it was to get rich resources of revenues by making the productive classes prosperous. The ultimate aim was to increase the state revenues as much as possible without damaging the prosperity of subjects to prevent the emergence of social disorder and to keep the traditional organization of the society intact.”

Macedonian empire:
“Inside the Council ruled the democratic principles of iségoria (equality of word) and of parrhésia (freedom of speech), to which the even king subjected himself.”
“Except for the king’s properties, land in Macedon was free: Macedonians were free men and did not pay land taxes on private grounds. Even extraordinary taxes like those paid by the Athenians in times of war did not exist.”

Persian empire:
“Iranians were not only open to other cultures, but freely adopted all they found useful for them. Thus an eclectic cultural elasticity has been said to be one of the key defining characteristics of the Persian spirit and a clue to its historic longevity.”

“Ancient Roman society was hierarchical. Free-born Roman citizens were divided into several classes, both by ancestry and by property. There were also several classes of non-citizens with different legal rights, along with slaves who had none.”

Just trying to say with this post that the ancient empires wasn’t necessary as bad as you may think.

Anyone remember this train wreck? Haha, BLU Ninja’s thread just reminded me.
