Why T-Dawg diet Not for competitive athletes?

What are the concerns? I followed the diet very well all week. I found after four days I had energy as if I was on fire. I was drinking a lot more though, it just seemed I needed the water. I trained heavy in Squats twice during the week and had a very painfull day of muscle cramps in my hamstrings and abdomen while training at a Jiu-Jitsu seminar on the weekend. Could this be related to the diet?
