I am doing my first ever bodybuilding show on July 27th (not 29th, I made a mistake above). It’s nothing big, as I live in what amounts to rural Japan and there aren’t even going to be any weight or age divisions, but I’m training for it like it’s the real thing. If you are really interested, I’d be thrilled for you to have a look at my progress log.

Lots of stuff about steroids at the beginning so if that kind of stuff doesn’t interest you then feel free to skip ahead a couple of pages to where it starts to be a little more bodybuilding focused.
