I often see Flaxseed Oil (syrup or capsules) and Cottage cheese mentioned whenever the food discussion comes up (esp. about bulking… which I am doing). Can anyone explain to me their significance and how much I should take, because the salesperson at the health store had no clue what I was on about!
Instead of trying to tap into my limited (at this point and most others) mental capacity and spew forth pages of info on ya, I will do the next best thing and give you some articles and such that should start to answer your question.
Try this one then do a search for Flax Oil or seed. on the articles and forum. You should turn up A LOT of info by the contributors and forum members. After that if you want do a google and read to your hearts content. LOL.
