Itās a self fulfilling prophecy, some doctor or scientists says testosterone must be injected IM for it to work. The problem with human beings is we assume something wonāt work without ever trying it, latching on to someone elses false truth that anything other than IM wonāt work.
It took real courage for the first doctor to attempt sub Q injection without knowing what was going to happen putting his career on the line.
My 2 cents: I inject 0,5ml testE SubQ every 3 days in the belly. I do this since 5 months. I once had a small bruise, thats it. I can feel the oil under the skin for about 5 days, and theres some small pain if I put pressure on it but I can live with it. Usually theres almost no blood. Sometimes I hit a small vessel and some blood is running out, but nothing to worry aboutā¦
But today, I felt a burn while injecting and when I put the needle out, there was more Blood than usual. A lot more. I had to use 2 alcohol pads to clean the mess. I was surprised. Than suddenly I felt pain in my left arm and I thought: fuck, whats wrong? 30 minutes later I got some hot flashes and I was worriying that I hit a vein or something. Even if Dr.Crisler said its impossibleā¦ I dont know what the fuck it was but its 9 h later now and Iām still alive
I prefer SubQ when I inject HCG since it is painless I never tried to test SubQ as some here say that it increases e2 more comparing to IM. With IM some spots hurt like crazy so I donāt push more just go to different spot.

Had this happen to me for the first time yesterday, few inches away from belly button. Never happened IM or subQ before then, usually just a drop of blood. It literally started gushing out, I didnāt feel any different though. It did make me wonder how much oil came out with the blood.
For the E2 - well I got no sides at all, except a huge increase in libido, so I dont care.
In the video of Dr. Crisler I saw, he says that he is what most of us would call āleanā

I did subq for a few weeks - e2 shot upā¦ I canāt understand why he is saying subq would drop e2 levels since the aromatase enzyme is IN fat tissue thereās more chance of the T being converted to E during absorption. I felt like crap on subq, high-low days rollercoaster emotionsā¦ switched to IM after couple weeks things settled down and smooth ride ever since.
