1.) I file report stating police officer ADMITTED she never spoke to “complainant” who’s name they would use and officer said basically “so what…you can’t do anything about it”
2.) police officer does false statement 3 months later with altered date (we prove)
3.) statement does not have “complainant’s” handwriting (we prove)
(all cursive capital letters are the same your whole life almost without exception – this false statement has no matches to “complainant’s” handwriting)
4.) complaint is: “he’s crazy and we are afraid of him” (even if true is still not a crime)
5.) “complainant” uses 1996 college ID
6.) person impersonating “complainant” is on tape leaving court house and entering and is clearly not who they impersonated (3 pounds lighter 2 inches taller white instead of dark brown etc.)
7.) testimony transcripts altered
8.) court record altered (they claim I was held in Norristown State Mental Hospital!) this NEVER happened…I guess this was for when I went to the police so they would shrug off my complaint and think I was crazy (THIS IS DISPROVEN EASILY – I was never there – never had any psych diagnosis other than ADD the day dreaming one not even the hyperactivity one)
9.) evidence altered (originals being provided with whole paragraphs and dates removed)
10.) cop testimony and statements could put several cops in jail if checked out:(so many bold lies easily disproven)
EXAMPLE: says Philly gym manager says he never saw me before and would not sell me a membership because I lived in Delaware but I WAS A MEMBER!!! the gym still sends me emails because I was a member!!! (gym next to amtrak station – leave house on foot in Delaware and could be INSIDE gym 29 minutes later in Philly – train so fast you never end up paying if you sit in front)
11.) “complainant” did not know what her roommate of year’s last name was when asked repeatedly
12.) “complainant” could not recall that her physiology class was in a stadium room with 120 people at least – said their was 20 people…
I could go on all day with testimony
13.) convicted of charges that would take physical touching or verbal threats or lewdness – none were ever even accused
14.) sentencing guideline law says IF GUILTY OF THESE CHARGES:
3 months house arrest (or 3 months work release)
1 month probation
THE GAVE ME:
a year and a half in Maximum Security jail with murderers
72 months probation
