I’m a top level div. 1 NCAA shotput and discus thrower. I am also Type 1 diabetic. I just recently purchased some flaxseed oil softgels and antioxidant capsules to try them out. When is the best time I should take these during the day?

Not sure if there is a best/worse time for the antioxidants.
As for the flax oil, I usually take mine at night well after my training is over. I don’t like having a lot of fat in my system during training as it takes a while to digest and gives me that “heavy” feeling. Directly after training you want to avoid fats as well for reasons that have been documented over and over. So that leaves me to eat most of my fats after about 6pm.
