@dextermorgan mentioned needing 8 hours sleep or else he wouldn’t feel good, while needing way less sleep pre-TRT.
Thinking I’m in a similar boat - before I could function with 5-7 hours sleep, now I need 7.5-8.5 or I’m an absolute mess… wondering if higher FT would reduce the margin for error when it comes to the sleep we need.
On the flip side, I know some people who need far less sleep after TRT. I remember reading a study that showed those with low testosterone will need the most sleep. This doesn’t mean higher T people sleep less, but possibly that if more sleep is needed, FT might not be high enough.
You just said you can’t shoot for higher free T because it doesn’t work that way. Yes it does. You add more T. Then you said I’m wrong. Now you’re saying I’m right.

Find the minimum dose required to resolve symptoms. WHATEVER number that is. Maybe it’s 20 and maybe it’s 65. Everybody’s number is different.
