It’s not so fun when you fall down the stairs.

I can’t be the only one that’s happened to.[/quote]

You’re not alone.
When I was first introduced to powerlifting I was put under a bar to see what I could squat. I’d only ever done a few leg presses, but had naturally strong legs.
Managed 300lb.
Then they had me on a lower weight squatting to failure.

I’m serious.

Then this gym (come to think of it, every gym I’ve ever had a membership in) had a big flight of stairs down to the carpark.

I didn’t manage the first step, but I made it to the bottom.

OK, underrated stuff.

20 rep squats for strength (used for a few weeks before a strength cycle).
Sled dragging.
Technical trades.
Hand pitched roof framing.
My mums cooking (how can something so low frills become something I can’t stop eating?).
Kangaroo meat.
Oysterblade steaks.
Polish beer.
Polish food.
Syrup dumplings.
Bread and butter pudding.
Robovector lasers.
Swimming in a river.
Lure fishing.
Batten screws.
Sikaflex.
Judo.
Boxing.
Corrugated iron.
Womens business suits.

After all the work they do holding the world up…

Or was that turtles? Nevermind. Fuck tortoises. They’re overrated.

If they were overrated,I would’ve put them in the other thread now, wouldn’t I?

You’re obviously mistaken then, as they are blatantly overrated.
