The only invasion Canada suffered that I’m aware of was the war of 1812, which - depending on your point of view - they won or at least didn’t lose. So, how are they an example of this?
I meant an event fifty six years before that, when the dastardly Anglo-Saxons invaded Canada and the whole of Nouvelle France and the British Empire acquired Frenchmen as subjects.
