What’s a good routine using low reps? (Below 4 reps)
there was a post about 3-2-1 wave loading earlier this week. try that.

Depends on what you are working to accomplish. 4321, X# of sets x 4 or less reps, various wave structures 1-4, 4-1, 234234, 432432, training with just singles, % training (using % of 1RM with any of the given reps schemes), etc, etc, etc. What are your goals??
